When your sunglasses are getting old and need replacing, send us an email at hello@shadeeyewear.com.au. We will send you a pre paid label to send your sunnies back for proper recycling, along with a $30 voucher to go towards your next pair.

If properly looked after, our sunglasses can easily last 3+ years! Make sure to keep them in the pouch and case as much as possible, and clean them after getting salt water on them.
Orders within Australia will generally arrive within 3-7 days, and overseas orders may take between 5-14 days to arrive. This is just a guideline and certain circumstances may effect these times.
Our sunglasses are stocked here in Queensland, Australia. Orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the next day, and all orders placed on a Friday or weekend will be posted on Mondays.
Yes we do, for orders over $250. Australian orders under this amount is $8.95
100% protection!
All of our lenses offer UV400 A/B protection. 'UV400' refers to UV rays at the top end of the UV spectrum, up to the 400-nanometre wavelength. Our lenses block 100% of these UV rays, which provides you with the most possible protection you can get.
All our sunglasses have Category 3 lenses which are best for daytime driving conditions — any higher is considered too dark to drive safely. They are also polarised which reduces the glare!
This is why we offer our Free Home Try-On service! If they don't suit you and you have used this feature you can simply return them for free :)
Our sunglasses are backed by a lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects. In the rare case that you encounter any problems with your sunnies, please email hello@shadeeyewear.com.au so we can resolve it for you.
