I ordered two pairs of Shades with the two for one deal, they are not the typical style of sunnies I normally try so when I first put them on I wasn’t sure if they suited me. This is when I reached out to Sam asking if it was ok to get a refund or swap one of the pairs I wasn’t sure on. Sam was an absolute legend offering me a swap or refund, he initiated the swap by sending a new pair without question. With time, I kept trying them on and each time I did they started to suit me a bit more so I decided to commit to ‘rocking them’. I have had them for 2 weeks now and absolutely love them. They have a great feel and are super strong. When the new pair arrived I posted them back return to sender. Sam’s customer service in amazing and his sunnies are even better. Get around them!
