I'm the founder Sam. A real man, building a real business brick by brick. Shade is my passion project, which started as a side hustle while I was working full time as a plumber on the Gold Coast. I am on a mission to create a premium sunnies brand, with timeless designs that are built to last. Coming from the beautiful Burleigh Heads, I am passionate about protecting the environment and contributing towards healthier oceans, and these values are at the core of our business.
