Lifetime Warranty 


We offer a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing defects on our sunnies. In the rare case that you encounter any manufacturing related issued with your sunnies, please email us at hello@shadeeyewear.com.au so we can resolve this for you. 

Please note, this warranty does not cover scratched lenses, broken sunglasses or general wear and tear.

Returns Policy

We offer free returns and exchanges as part of our Free Home Try-On program. 
For products purchased outright, we offer a 14 day free exchange or store credit from the date your order arrived at your house. We will cover the return shipping cost as well. 
If you would like to swap your sunnies or return them for a store credit, please contact us at hello@shadeeyewear.com.au and we’ll be happy to help. Any returns accepted outside of our standard policy must be shipped back at your expense, and refunds will exclude the original shipping cost.

Please note: We only offer exchange or store credit for returns on merch items.
