If you're upgrading your collection and don't want your old pair to go to landfill (or the recycle bin) please email us.
You can send your sunnies back to us so we can upcycle them and we will send you a $25 gift voucher to go towards your next pair!

Once your order arrives, you will have 3 days to try on the items.

We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.

You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.

Shipping:
- We endeavor to process and post all orders within 24 hours
- Orders placed before 5pm will be posted the next day
- Standard shipping rates apply, however we offer FREE shipping for orders over $120
- As soon as your order is fulfilled you will start receiving shipping notifications and tracking information from us and Australia Post

Warranty:
We are so confident in the strength and durability of our sunglasses, that we back them with a 90 day guarantee. If you break them within 90 days, please send us a photo and a brief description of how you broke them to hello@shadeeyewear.com.au. Please include your order number in the subject line, or reply to one of our confirmation emails you have already received.

Please note, this warranty does not cover scratched lenses, nor does it cover sunglasses that were broken due to being sat on. We trust the srength and durability in our sunnies 100%, so treat them with respect and they will last for years.
